Important information for persons planning to visit Beenleigh Neighbourhood Centre for the purposes of accessing the JPs in the Community program
Upon arrival at the centre you will be required to check-in by scanning a QR code with your mobile device, tapping on a supplied link and entering your first name, last name, telephone number, email address and/or residential address, and reason for visit. If you do not have a suitable device a staff member or volunteer will have such a device available in order for you to complete your check-in.
You will be required to sanitise your hands (hand sanitiser supplied) for the safety of your fellow centre users, volunteers and staff.
Physical distancing is mandatory, with all persons required to remain at least 1.5 metres apart at all times whilst on the premises.
Please remember that JPs and Cdecs are volunteers providing a valuable service to their community. As such they are not required to provide their services if they deem it a risk to their health and safety.
Prior to leaving the centre you will be required to check-out by once again scanning a QR code and tapping on a supplied link.
